Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment on employee work productivity at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all employees of PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The sample required in this study is 56 respondents using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses SmartPls 3.0 (Confirmatory Factor Analyssis). The results of this study show that occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru.
