Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee burnout at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. The population in this study is 60 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sample, which is a sampling method that makes all members of the population as samples. The data analysis used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis and SmartPLS Software. PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that the work environment has a significant influence on the burnout rate of employees at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru.
