Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence on the performance of PT employees. Rotte Variety of Tastes in the city of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling with a sample size of 67 respondents from production employees. And data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation with quantitative approach data analysis using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.6. The results of this research show that: intellectual intelligence has no positive and significant effect on performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees.
