Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, promotions and prices on consumer satisfaction using PT tourist bus services. Dzakki Buana Tour (case study of PT. Dzakki Buana Tour customers) The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling with a sample size of 85 respondents from PT bus customers. Dzakki Buana Tour. And data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation with quantitative approach data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this research show that: service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
