Abstract
analyze the effect of financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Persero Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 66 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Persero Pekanbaru to be used as a research sample. From the results of the study note that from the calculation results obtained R2 value of 0.659 this shows 65.9% changes to the factor of financial compensation to the performance of employees at PT. Nusantara V Persero Perkebunan Pekanbaru while 34.1% is determined by other factors not observed in this study. For financial compensation variable (X), the value of t count is 4.732 while t-table is (0.05; 65) = 1.6766 because t count (4.732)> from t table (1.6766) then Ho is rejected. Thus the variable financial compensation (X) affects the variable performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Persero Pekanbaru.
