Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of informal communication and non- financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Triomas Forestry Development Indonesia (FDI) Siak Regency. The population in this study was 229 with sampling using the purposive sampling method, consisting of 98 employees from the harvesting department and nurses. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test using SmartPLS version 4. The results of this research show that informal communication and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Triomas Forestry Development Indonesia (FDI) Siak Regency.
