Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of service quality of PT. Kencana Utama Sejati (KUS) has a positive influence on the satisfaction of oil palm growers. This study was conducted on consumers or oil palm growers who sell their FFB at PT. Kencana Utama Sejati (KUS). The number of research samples was 30 consumer supplier respondents (FFB suppliers), using the sampling technique, namely using the purposive sampling method (criteria). And the data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method with a simple linear regression equation model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of oil palm growers at PT Kencana Utama Sejati (KUS).
