Abstract

Starting from the idea of ??being a state of law and the will of the government who want the realization of a solid and dedicated national legal system to the national interest, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, then it is appropriate the development of national law formed Law Number 40 of 2007 About Limited Liability Companies. In the study of legal politics, the actions taken by the government by doing legal renewal in Limited Liability Companies by passing the Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The main problem in this research is what are the factors of internal conflict establishment of a joint venture company in the field of Indonesian Plantation Forest and what is the alternative solution according to Law No. 40 of 2007. The method used in this research is observational research research by means of a survey, meaning that researchers directly make observations in the field to obtain the necessary data by using tools data collectors in the form of questionnaires and / or interviews. While its nature is descriptive. This study uses primary data and secondary data as well deductive conclusion. Implementation of Law No. 40 of 2007 regarding this Limited Liability Company not one hundred percent running as expected or there are still many gaps for business actors “outsmart” existing regulations in order to gain personal gain and their groups. The lack of outreach from the government to the common people is also a factor the occurrence of disputes over the establishment of joint ventures, so that disputes often occur between community groups and other entrepreneurs. One factor is lacking Socialization is an obstacle caused by a lack of resources humans to supervise.
