Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of workload and financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study was 70 people. The sampling technique uses the Census method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, while financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
