The main goal is to maximize athletes' potential, improve their performance and achieve optimal results in competitions. Through this qualitative descriptive method, researchers hope to be able to see the phenomena that occur in connection with Koni's development of athletes in the fencing and takraw sports in Bengkalis Regency.1. Quality of Development: The development of fencing and takraw athletes in Bengkalis Regency has shown significant progress. Trainers have adequate competency, although there is still a need for additional training and certification to improve quality. 2. Facilities and Facilities: The facilities and infrastructure available for training, although some are adequate, still need to be improved. Facility improvements can support athlete performance in the long term. 3. Support and Funding: Funding for coaching programs remains a challenge. Support from local governments and private sponsors is essential to optimize training and competition programs. 4. Improved Achievement: Athletes who have undergone the coaching program show good improvement in performance in local and regional competitions. This shows that the coaching strategy implemented by KONI is quite effective. 5. Community Involvement: Community participation in supporting athletes, both through attendance at sporting events and in the form of financial support, needs to be increased so that development is more sustainable. 6. Long- Term Strategy: A long-term plan for athlete development, including youth programs and ongoing development, is necessary to ensure continued sporting achievements in the area. KONI Bengkalis Regency remains committed to improving the quality of coaching through additional programs and the latest facilities.
