Abstract

The Physical and Financial Realization Report (RFK) is a report on the implementation of activities related to all construction activities and projections of future financial funds in accordance with the allocation of funds. This report is also one of the reports that serves as a benchmark in assessing the performance of Heads of Regional Apparatus. The main objective of this research is to find out and evaluate the Physical and Financial Realization reports of Regional Apparatus APBD in Bengkalis Regency based on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment/equality, responsiveness and accuracy. The research type is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and data analysis in this research used data analysis techniques on the site developed by Miles Huberman. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the report on the Physical and Financial Realization of the Regional Apparatus Regional Budget in Bengkalis Regency has generally been carried out as well as possible with efforts and efforts to improve the report so that it can be presented properly in accordance with the rules set by the Regional Leadership and other statutory regulations. Judging from the evaluation indicators, it can be stated that this Physical and Financial Realization report has really helped the Bengkalis Regency Government in providing the data needed by the Regional Leadership of Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province and Nationally.
