Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge management and HR competency on employee performance at BPJS Health Padang Branch. Sampling used the Census method, so the sample in this study was 89 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that knowledge management and HR competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Health Padang Branch.
