Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the coordination of the implementation of tasks in the Cooperation Governance Section of the Siak Regency Regional Secretariat. Coordination of task implementation is a regional policy in the fields of government administration and cooperation, regional administration and regional autonomy. Coordination of the implementation of leadership work in the Governance and Cooperation Section still needs to be improved and paid attention to, this can be seen from the large distribution of tasks but with a small number of employees, the division of tasks is not in accordance with the fields, and the implementation of leadership work coordination is still not effective in directing the staff. employee. The aim of the research is to determine the coordination of implementing tasks in the Cooperation Governance Section and to determine the obstacles to coordinating the implementation of tasks in the Cooperation Governance Section. This research uses assessment indicators including Unity of Action, Communication, Division of Work, and Discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Research data sources include primary data and secondary data. Then the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The overall results of the interview said that in coordinating the implementation of tasks in the Collaboration Governance Section, implementation was seen to be quite optimal. However, the author suggests that the vacancy in the Cooperation Governance Section be filled immediately. With quite a lot of work assignments, it doesn't match the number of civil servants.
