Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Meranti Islands Regency Environmental Service. The sample in this study was 33. The types and sources of data were primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Meranti Islands Regency Environmental Service.
