Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment and financial financing on employee work productivity at PT. Inti Indosawit Subur (IIS) Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a census method, so that the entire population of 103 factory employees are used as research respondents. The types of data used include primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. To test the relationship between variables, this study applies the path analysis method using SmartPLS-4 software as a statistical tool. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. A supportive work environment, both in terms of physical conditions and social relationships in the workplace, has been shown to significantly increase employee motivation and performance. In addition, financial compensation also has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. Compensation that is given fairly, transparently, and in accordance with employee contributions can increase their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
