Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Regional Office XII of National Civil Service Agency. Based on the results of the evaluation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), although there was an increase in performance, several components still showed a decline that needed to be improved. The population of this study was 102 Civil Servants. The method of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, from the calculation of the formula the number of research samples obtained was 50 people with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis tool used was Path Analysis using the SPSS (Satistical Package for Social Science) version 25.0. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Leadership has a significant effect on organizational culture. (2) Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Indirect influence was obtained that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture.
