Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the Riau Province transportation service. The population in this study was 122 with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 44 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Riau Province transportation service.
