Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of competency and workload on the performance of medical personnel at the UPT Puskesmas Sebangar, Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study was 42 people. The data analysis technique in this research uses purposive sampling where samples are taken based on the researcher's objectives and considerations. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that competence partially has a significant positive effect and workload partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of medical personnel at the Sebangar Community Health Center UPT, Bengkalis Regency.
