Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the asset recording administration system at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of the Anambas Islands Regency and to analyze the obstacles present in the asset recording administration system at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of the Anambas Islands Regency.This research uses a qualitative approach, which aims to describe facts, characteristics, and relationships between phenomena accurately, factually, and systematically.Through this approach, the research is expected to explain the observed phenomena directly, particularly those related to the Evaluation of the Asset Recording Administration System at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of the Anambas Islands Regency.The type of research used is descriptive.Based on the results of the interviews conducted, the research on the Evaluation of the Asset Recording Administration System at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of the Anambas Islands Regency concluded that the Asset Recording Administration System at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of the Anambas Islands Regency has not been optimally implemented due to the limited understanding of the asset team in the Data Migration Process. This limited understanding is caused by the lack of technical guidance (bimtek) and more intensive consultation with the IT Team of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the e-BMD application, as well as with the BPKP Representative of the Riau Islands Province regarding data still present in the SIMDA BMD application.The suboptimal Asset Recording Administration System is also caused by facilities such as cramped rooms and broken computers, which hinder the smooth process of asset administration.And lastly, there is still a lot of land in the Anambas Islands Regency that does not have certificates, which hinders the performance of the asset team in the process of migrating asset data from SIMDA BMD to e-BMD.
