Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Image of PTPN IV Regional III Pekanbaru City. This study uses Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Image Variables. This type of research the author uses Quantitative Descriptive. Because the author intends to provide analysis results and information on the object of research, which is studied using Quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using: Observation, Questionnaires, Interviews and Documentation. The author uses Quantitative data analysis techniques which are used to obtain information about the Influence of the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Image of PTPN IV Regional III Pekanbaru City. The Corporate Social Responsibility (TJSL) Indicator of PTPN IV Regional III Pekanbaru City with the Good category shows that the TJSL programs implemented by the company. The corporate image indicator of PTPN IV Regional III Pekanbaru City with the Good category shows that the overall image of the company has a positive perception from the community. Success in TJSL will further strengthen the company's image as a company that is responsible and committed to socioeconomic development in its operational areas.
