Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of extrinsic motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research used census sampling with a total of 48 marketing employees. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 26. The results of this research explain that extrinsic motivation and work discipline have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of marketing employees at PT Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Pekanbaru.
