Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work culture on employees' organizational commitment at the Youth and Sports Department of Riau Province. The population of this research consists of 83 employees. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, where a portion of the population, totaling 55 individuals, is selected as the sample. The types and sources of data include both primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques involve observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis employed in this research is simple linear analysis, including t-tests, R-square tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Department of Riau Province. The level of correlation between the two variables is moderate, meaning that the independent variable's ability to explain the dependent variable is satisfactory.
