Abstract
The ZE oilfieldisclassified as lightoilandthere are severalthingsthatcause a decrease in theproductionflowrate, oneofwhichisduetodeposits in theproductionflowline. The main problem thatoccurs in the ZE oilfieldisCongeal Oil, whichis a problem thatoccurs in thatfieldwherethereis a change in theformofcrudeoilfromliquidto gel, this problem iscausedbyanincrease in viscositycausedby a decrease in temperature in crudeoil. Congeal Oil occurs in thesubsurface as well as thewelltubing. The chemicalinjectionmethodisanalternativemethodfordealingwithcongealoil, byinjectingthechemicalintothecasingannulusatthewellhead. In this final project, theresearcherwillconduct a furtheranalysisoftheeffectofchemicalsolventinjection volume throughtheannuluswellheadcasingtoseethesuccessrateofthismethodonthesuccessof increasingtheproductionflowrateusingfield data. To determinethesuccessofchemicalsolventinjectionandtheeffectofchemicalinjection volume, theparametersused are evaluationbasedonwellproductivitybasedontheresultsofinjection in thefield. becausetherewasanincrease in productionfrom 10 BOPD to 17.66 BOPD
