Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the competence of the General Election Commission (KPU) employees of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this research is all civil servants in the General Election Commission (KPU) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research uses census sampling, which is sampling according to the population of 30 people. Data analysis techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the competence of the General Election Commission (KPU) employees of Indragiri Hulu Regency is very good and in accordance with the agency's needs.
