Abstract
The sample taken in this research was carried out using a sampling technique that asked the business owner directly about 8 employees, consisting of cashiers, waiters and cooks. The research results show that what Rizky Fajar Restaurant is doing to increase sales includes: 1. Selling quality products, for example chicken meat which has a good texture and is not tough. 2. Determination of prices, with prices categorized as affordable for all groups, of course making the product accessible to the entire community. 3. Promotion is also the most important part of sales. Therefore, so that sales can increase and be known, promotional activities are carried out. 4. Place is also the most important aspect, as in choosing a place, choose a place that is close to major roads and residential areas.
