Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work stress, work conflict and financial compensation on the performance of Honda Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru Riau employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use a census technique by taking the entire population as a sample. The sample for this research was 46 people. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that simultaneously work stress, work conflict, and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work conflict had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partially Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
