Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and competence which simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Sabak Auh District Head Office, Siak Regency. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive methods and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of all 39 employees of the Sabak Auh District Head Office, Siak Regency. The results of the research show that discipline influences the performance of employees at the Sabak Auh District Head Office, Siak Regency. Competence influences the performance of employees at the Sabak Auh District Head Office, Siak Regency.
