Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of which is divided into Debt to Equity (DER), liquidity, profitability and firm size to the firm value of the transportation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 . The population in this study were 74 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used the help of SPSS version 22. The method used was purposive sampling, which was only 13 transportation companies with an observation period of 6 (six) years. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on liquidity and firm size have a negative and not significant effect on firm value and the results of profitability and capital structure have a negative and significant effect on firm value.
