Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility or also known as corporate social responsibility is "company concern that sets aside a portion of its profit (profit) for the benefit of human development (people) and the environment (planet) in a sustainable manner based on proper and professional procedures (procedures), especially corporate social responsibility. internal in this case the responsibility to its employees and not forgetting also the responsibility to the environment around the company. Based on the background above, the main problem in writing this thesis is how the regulation of corporate social responsibility in Indonesia and how the implementation of social and environmental responsibility for employees of PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia. The research method in writing this thesis uses the observation research method or by survey method, namely research that takes samples from a population and uses interviews as a means of collecting basic data, while from the nature of this research it is descriptive, which is located in the PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia in Sungai Korang village, Huta Raja sub-district, Padang Lawas district, North Sumatra Province. Research results from this thesis that PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia carries out CSR very well, as well as corporate responsibility to the environment and to its employees as evidenced by the many company programs to support the welfare of its employees, so that through this CSR can increase employee loyalty satisfaction
