Abstract
In using services through e-court justice, problems can arise, including evidence that is very easily falsified if the evidence is only uploaded electronically and the judge does not directly examine the evidence submitted to him. Apart from that, a case filed by a justice seeker can easily be dismissed simply because of an error in uploading documents, even though the case has reached the evidentiary stage. The authenticity of documents and evidence used in e-court will be difficult to guarantee, the process of examining witnesses and online evidence is still a matter of debate. The main problem of this research is How is the Implementation of the Use of E-Court in Case Administration services at the Pekanbaru District Court Class I A, What are the factors inhibiting the Implementation of the Use of E-Court in Case Administration services at the Pekanbaru District Court Class I A. The type of research used is included in the research Empirical, Empirical Legal Research is a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior. Meanwhile, judging from its nature, this research is descriptive analytical in nature. Based on the results of research on the implementation of ecourt application services at the Pekanbaru District Court, the implementation of electronic government is an issue that requires more attention from the government. The birth of the E-Court application cannot be separated from the demands of the community's needs related to the principle of simplicity, speed and low costs which is an interesting thing. There are 3 obstacles to the implementation of e-court services in the case resolution process at the Pekanbaru District Court (three aspects), one of which is the obstacle, namely: Human resources, Internet connections and obstacles to public interest follow advances in technology and information-based court services.
