Abstract

The old patterns of government administration, in this case the performance of public services, are no longer in accordance with the social order, so changes and improvements must be made immediately. These demands for change are normal and should be followed up by making planned changes in order to realize good governance. This demand brings efforts to make changes for the better through management strategies in various government agencies to meet community demands for the quality of public services. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Bengkalis Regency District Court in providing public services. The type of research used is empirical research, the nature of this research is analytical descriptive. Based on research results, the performance of Bengkalis District Court employees regarding the quality of service at Bengkalis District Court is good because the quality of service provided by Bengkalis District Court is in accordance with the service standards regulated in the Court's provisions. In this way, the Bengkalis District Court has been able to provide good service to the community, although it needs to make performance improvements so that the quality of service produced is more optimal. Bengkalis District Court regarding the decline in achievement index Bengkalis District Court continues to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation, especially for Bengkalis District Court PTSP officers 1 (one) day 2 (two) times briefings to continue to pay attention to main duties and responsibilities according to SOPs as SOPs, increase competence and provide services to the maximum.
