Abstract

This study aims to find out the Evaluation of the System for the Implementation of Regional Assets Write-Off at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Riau Province and to find out what are the obstacles in the Evaluation of the Procedure for Implementation of Regional Assets Write-off at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for Riau Province. The variables of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsitity and Accuracy. The research method is a qualitative research method. Informants in the study were the Head of BPKAD, Secretary of BPKAD, Head of Regional Assets Management, Staff for the disposal of property managers, Staff for management of regional property and Head of Sub-Division of Transfer of Hands, Destruction and Write-off of Regional Property. From the research results it is known that based on the Procedure System Evaluation indicator according to wiliam dunn it is known that the procedural system for writing off regional property at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province has not been fulfilled as the indicators consist of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and the accuracy and evaluation of the System Evaluation of the Implementation Procedure for the Write-off of Regional Property at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Riau Province is the lack of facilities to support the performance of the write-off of regional property, the lack of personnel to carry out the write-off of regional property and there are still educational levels of employees who have not adequate.
