Abstract

At this time the development of economic globalization flows is developing very rapidly, especially in the field of transportation because in order to improve the standard of life of the community supported by improving the quality of human resources, one of which is the land transportation system. In the agreement system used in car rental is a rental rental and uses a written agreement system that is used as a rule. In practice, car rental agreements do not all go well. There are still defaults made by tenants in terms of car rental agreements. Based on the description above, a problem arises, namely how to implement the car rental agreement on CV.
