Abstract

CSR programs are a form of company concern for the surrounding community, and it is hoped that the community will also benefit from the presence of the company in the area. PT. Favors Halona Mutual Years for the surrounding community in the form of partnerships, community development, and public services, has an economic meaning in the form of the amount of funds that flow directly from the company, or indirectly as a multiplier effect of the economic wheels of the surrounding community itself. The purpose of this study was to determine corporate social responsibility (CSR) of PT. Enjoy Halona Reksa in Seberida Village. To find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of corporate social responsibility (TJSP) PT. Enjoy Halona Reksa in Seberida Village. This type of research is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. Empirical research is used to analyze law which is seen as patterned social behavior in people's lives that always interact and relate to social aspects. Based on the results of research on the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (TJSP) PT. Nikmat Halona Reksa in Seberida Village has been going well but there have been a number of obstacles such as a lack of budget for PT. Nikmat Halona Reksa, Unequal assistance provided, and the implementation process based on the proposals submitted. Keywords: Implementation and Corporate Social Responsibility (TJSP)
