Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' ability in give opinions and provide simple explanations of the material that has been conveyed by the teacher. In addition to the lack of students' ability in Ask questions and provide answers to the material studied. The formulation of the problem in this study. The Influence of the Project Based Learning Method on Students' Creative Thinking Ability (Class X) at Islamic Religious Education Subject at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Hilir. Objective from this study to determine: The Effect of Project-Based Learning Methods Against Students' Creative Thinking Ability (Class X) in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Hilir. The population numbered 80 students because it is less than 100 then the entire population is used as a sample. Study it consists of variable X (project-based learning method) and variable Y (creative thinking). The data correlation analysis method used is test simple linear regression. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained values significance is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000, then Ha is accepted, that there is The Effect of Project-Based Learning Methods on Thinking Ability Creative Students in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Downstream Range. The magnitude of the level of influence of the project-based learning method between variable X and variable Y is equal to 0.186 located in the range 0.00-0.199 is in very low category. This means the effect of the Project-Based Learning Method on Students' Creative Thinking Ability in the Eyes The lesson of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Hilir "is very low".
