Abstract

This research was motivated by lack of students’ learning interest in following Islamic education subject, it could be seen when teacher explained learning material and students tended to quiet and inactive, also some of students seldom to ask or respond teacher’s question, and they were lack of opinion. This research used quantitative approach. Data collection process was got from some methods such as documentation and questionnaire. The purpose in this research examined to know the level of mastering question-answer method in students’ perception in Islamic education subject at senior high school 4 Tualang Siak regency. Knowing the level of students’ learning interest in Islamic education subject at senior high school 4 Tualang Siak regency, to know the relationship question-answer method with students’ learning interest in Islamic education subject at senior high school 4 Tualang Siak regency. The subject in this research was students at senior high school 4 Tualang, Tualang sub-district Siak district. The object in this research was relationship question-answer with students’ learning interest. The population in this research was 66 students, and sample took all students in 66 students. Based on research finding showed that correlational testing pearson product moment with significant level < 0.05. it was known that probability score Sig. (2 tailed) was smaller than 0.05 where 0.000 < 0.05 and it could be concluded that the hypothesis was accepted.
