Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction and main effect of eco farming and organic NPK on the growth of ground cherry plants. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of eco farming consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 3, 6 and 9 ml per liter of water and the second factor is the dose of organic NPK with 4 levels, namely 0, 7.5, 15, and 22.5 g per plant. The parameters observed were plant height, widest leaf area, stem diameter, wet stump weight, root volume, and fruit production. Observation data were analyzed statistically and carried out with a further test of Honestly Significant Difference at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of eco farming and organic NPK treatments was significant on plant height, widest leaf area, stem diameter, wet stubble weight, and root volume. The best treatment was at an eco farming concentration of 9 ml per liter of water and organic NPK 22.5 g per plant. The main effect of eco farming was significant on plant height, widest leaf area, stem diameter, wet stubble weight, and root volume with the best treatment being an eco farming concentration of 9 ml per liter of water. The main effect of organic NPK was significant on plant height, widest leaf area, stem diameter, wet stubble weight, and root volume with the best treatment being an organic NPK dose of 22.5 g per plant.
