Abstract

The Corona virus is endemic in all countries, the word Corona or Covid-19 is increasingly being heard by the public. So far, Corona or Covid-19 is still being discussed in a number of countries because cases are increasing until the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the virus a pandemic. Covid-19 is an outbreak of an infectious disease that is currently hitting various countries, including the State of Indonesia, the transmission of the plague from cities to villages cannot be separated from the target for transmission, covid-19 itself first appeared in Wuhan, China on December 31 2019 where the outbreak quickly spread to various countries, including Indonesia. The main problem of this research is how is the implementation of legal sanctions the effectiveness of enforcing health protocols in efforts to prevent and control corona virus disease 2019 in Dharmasraya Regency? What are the Forms of Legal Sanctions for Violating Health Protocols in the effort to prevent and control the 2019 corona virus disease in Dharmasraya Regency? The research method used in this research is a type of legal research, observational research, namely by means of a survey, meaning that the researcher directly conducts research at the location where the research is conducted. describe and write facts researched in the field regarding Juridical Review of the Implementation of Legal Sanctions for Violations of Health Protocols in Efforts to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Dharmasraya District The results of this research are efforts to prevent the spread of the Covid- 19 virus initiated by the government through legal products that we can find in various types of legislation. Establish a management structure on how to prevent Covid-19 by issuing a joint decree between the TNI, Polri and Satpol PP. which then the law enforcement officers above provided outreach to the public regarding Perbup Dharmasraya No. 13 of 2020 concerning guidelines for productive and safe living during the 2019 Corona Virus Disease pandemic in Dharmasraya district. Giving verbal warnings to people who do not wear masks, as well as carrying out operational raids involving TNI, Polri, the Attorney General's Office and Courts. In this raid several spot checks were also carried out for violators of health protocols. The government in Dharmasraya Regency has also imposed curfew restrictions and given administrative, social, or fine sanctions to violators of the health protocol.
