Abstract

This research is in the background by the risks experienced by LAZNAS IZI Riau in its distribution, namely social jealousy between mustahik, not really mustahik in running the fund, and mustahik who is not honest in telling his situation. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk of distribution of zakat funds, infaq and alms at the Indonesian Zakat initiative (IZI) Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the implementation of risk management of the distribution of zakat funds, Infaq and alms on the initiative of Zakat Indonesia (IZI) Riau. The study used qualitative methods. In obtaining valid information researchers use primary and secondary data sources. The method of collecting information in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Information collection is done by interviewing the head of Branch, Head of distribution and HR Izi Riau. The results of this study is the application of risk management conducted by Izi Riau is optimal because every risk occurs when distributing zakat funds, infaq and alms LAZNAS Izi Riau completed together and if there is a risk in the field LAZNAS Izi Riau will conduct a survey, evaluation, monitoring so that the risks that occur can be resolved and do not occur in the future.
