Abstract

Fulfillment of workers' rights at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Pekanbaru is the provision of compensation, in which there is a work agreement between workers and the first party regarding daily compensation but this compensation is sometimes paid late, whereas in Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Specific Time, Outsourcing, Working Time and Break Time, and Termination of Employment, state that employers are required to provide Compensation money to Employees. The main problems in thesis research are first, how is the implementation of the contents of the PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Pekanbaru employee agreement and second, what are the factors that influence company defaults on work agreements with employees. The type of legal research method that researchers use in their thesis research is to use Sociological or Empirical Legal Research Types. The results of the research are that in implementing the agreement signed by PT.Alfa Scorpio Central Yamaha Pekanbaru it does not apply the principle of freedom of contract because the contents of the agreement are determined by the company and its employees cannot participate in determining the contents of the agreement. In implementing the agreement, PT.Alfa Scorpio Central Yamaha Pekanbaru sometimes does not fulfill the contents of the agreement, namely paying a daily compensation of 122,000 per day and some employees state that PT.Alfa Scorpio Central Yamaha Pekanbaru does not have an agreement in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment in the employment agreement does not contain all the rights and guarantees that will be received by employees at the PT and the PT does not fulfill its achievements due to several factors, namely the company delays granting workers' rights because the company is experiencing internal problems and the company wants to give effect deterrent to workers who are not good at work by not removing the rights of the worker.
