Abstract

Demonstrations have become a forum for people's aspirations to express their feelings which are carried out en masse, strikes are accompanied by demands to achieve something they want, of course for the future of the prosecution, not only the interests of a small group of people but demonstrations are also carried out by a large group of people. Lots, In the Siak Regency, demonstrations are generally dominated by demonstrations that are conducive and controlled, but there are several demonstrations that can be considered anarchist. Along with the times and also political factors that can create an upheaval involving the social community and also law enforcement officials in the midst of action, so that the Indonesian Republic Police form a team that is devoted to making efforts to secure the course of demonstration activities, while this research is intended to analyze obstacles as well as the efforts of the police in tackling anarchist actions, the dominant factor for this demonstration was carried out because of the dissatisfaction of the demonstrators, demanding that justice be upheld The analytical method used in this study is empirical sociology which is included with conclusions based on direct observation by the author, the results of this study indicate that the security process carried out by the Siak Police is classified as effective and produces results by implementing a security system that is carried out persuasively by looking at factors the emotions of the demonstration participants, so that the situation in the field can be controlled, the humane behavior of the police which creates a positive aura in the midst of demonstrationactivitiesDemonstrations that were not conducive before can be conducive again, the efforts made by the police are of course structured, security is carried out in accordance with existing regulations
