Abstract

With the development of the times, the need for electricity continues to increase in society and it is not uncommon to find electrical disturbances that occur outside or inside the building. According to the provisions of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Directorate General of Electricity (DJK), if there is a disturbance in the building PLN customers can make complaints to companies engaged in the installation of low voltage electric power utilization. To overcome these problems, a web-based electrical installation fault service system was built with the aim of making it easier for customers to get service if there is a disturbance that occurs in the building quickly. This system was built with Python Flask and system development with the waterfall method. After that, testing the system with the Black Box method from 72 trials, resulting in 72/72 which means there are no errors in the system. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) customers consisting of 15 respondents resulted in 91.46%, testing company admins consisting of 5 respondents resulted in 95.6% and testing technicians consisting of 18 respondents resulted in 95.3% feeling very satisfied, so it is hoped that this system can help in the process of complaint services for electrical installation problems in buildings.
