Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how village funds are managed in Loboi Village, Pulau-Pulau Batu District, South Nias Regency, with due regard to the principles of transparency and accountability in accordance with Permendagri No 20 of 2018. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Loboi Village Government has not fully complied with the principle of transparency in managing village funds in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. However, in terms of accountability for managing village funds in Loboi Village, Pulau-Pulau Batu District, South Nias Regency, it is in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management
