Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to find out how the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability of the village government in Lubuk Sakat village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar regency in the financial management accountability of Village Fund Allocation (ADD). Accountability of financial management village fund allocation includes Planning, Implementation, Administration, reporting and accountability activities. This study uses qualitative methods. The techniques used to obtain data related to transparency and accountability are documentation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of transparency and accountability of the village government in the management of village funds in Lubuk sakat village has not fully implemented transparency and accountability in the management of village funds
