Abstract

This research was conducted at BULOG Branch of Riau Province. This study aims to determine the effect of the Application of Accounting Information Sistems and Internal Control Sistems on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Bureau of Logistics Branch Offices in Riau Province. The type of research conducted in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. The population in this study was 42 people. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution 25 computer program. The results of the statistical data analysis concluded that the Application of the Accounting Information Sistem had a positive and significant effect on the quality of the financial statements of the BULOG branch of the Riau province. This means that the better the application of the accounting information sistem used, the better the quality of financial reports will be. The internal control sistem has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the financial reports of BULOG branch of Riau province. This means that the more adequate the internal control sistem within the company will have an impact on improving the quality of the resulting financial reports.
