Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze performance measurement at the Kampar Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office using the Value For Money method from the aspects of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. This research is a qualitative research based on field studies. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The data used in this research is the Performance Accountability Report of the Kampar Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office from 2020 to 2021. The results of the analysis show that the performance of the Kampar Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office in 2020 and 2021 is considered not entirely Economical, at the efficiency level in 2020 it is assessed as inefficient and assessed as efficient in 2021, at the effectiveness level in 2020 it is assessed as ineffective and assessed as effective in 2021 and it can be concluded that the performance accountability of the Kampar Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office is not fully in accordance with the principles of Value for Money.
