Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation transparency and accountability of managing Village funds in Pelawi Selatan Vilage, Babalan District, Langkat Regrency based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management. The location of this research was conducted in Pelawi Selatan Village, Babalan District, Langkat Regrency, which is located at Peace Street. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Types and sources of data used primary and secondary data. Datacollected through interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study indicate that transparency and accountability in the management of village funds in Pelawi Selatan Village 78,94% are in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 and 21,06% are not in accorfance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018
