Abstract

RATIO ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE TO THE FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY OF BPR IN RIAU PROVINCE By: Alyndia Tri Iranggi NPM : 195210618 This study aims to determine the effect of NPL, LDR, CAR, ROA and BOPO on Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) at Rural Credit Banks in Riau Province. This research is research that uses secondary data that is quantitative in the form of financial performance data from published financial reports of rural banks (BPR) in Riau Province for the 2020-2021 period obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population includes all banks registered with the OJK with a total of 26 research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and assessing the goodness of fit of a model. The research results obtained: NPL have no effect on the FSR of Rural Banks in Riau Province. LDR has no effect on the FSR of Rural Banks in Riau Province. CAR has no effect on the FSR of Rural Banks in Riau Province. ROA has a positive and significant effect on the FSR of Rural Banks in Riau Province. BOPO has a negative and significant effect on the FSR of Rural Banks in Riau Province. The R Squared value is 0.858, indicating that the FSR is influenced by NPL, LDR, CAR, ROA and BOPO of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
