Abstract
The government or the Minister of National Education is taking positive steps by revitalizing character education at all levels and classes to strengthen student character. The aim of this research is to understand how the class V character education strengthening (PPK) program is implemented at State Elementary School 019 Lipat Kain, Kampar Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative approach for its research methods. Methods for collecting information are by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The object of the study is the teacher who is the class teacher and class V students at SD Negeri 019 Lipat Kain Utara, Kampar Regency. Data processing involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. According to research, it was concluded that the character education strengthening program was successfully implemented at SD Negeri 019 Lipat Kain Utara, Kampar Kiri, Kampar Regency.
