Abstract

This research aims to develop animated videos on Pancasila values ??and their application for class IV students at SDN 21 Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. This research is development research using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Validation of the animated video media developed was carried out by 6 validators in 3 aspects, namely material aspects, language aspects and design aspects. In the validation of the material aspect an assessment score was obtained of 86.11% or very valid, in the language aspect an assessment score was obtained of 90% or very valid and in the design aspect an assessment score was obtained of 93.06% or very valid. The average value obtained from the Canva Pro-based animated video media on the material on Pancasila values ??and its application that was developed was 89.72% with a very valid category.
